The Legacy Way Legacy provides individualized supports designed to help adults with disabilities live meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives. Our team works closely with each person to understand their goals, strengths, and interests, creating opportunities that promote independence, personal growth, and community inclusion. Through a person-centered approach, we focus on supporting the overall well-being of every individual we serve.
Are you interested in joining our team? We are a growing organization serving an increasing number of families throughout the state of New Jersey. We hire experienced professionals for a variety of part-time roles on a rotating basis throughout the year. Our ideal candidates have a passion for serving and impacting the lives of adults with disabilities and their families. Parents or siblings who have a loved one with IDD are encouraged to apply! Reliability and professionalism are a must. Our participant-facing roles can be done virtually, in-person at the participant's home and in their community, or in a hybrid format, depending on the participant's preferences and availability.
Roles with Legacy can include:

Academic Tutors: Cases can be virtual or in-person. We offer highly competitive rates for certified teachers and educators.

Employment Specialists: Engagement is done in-person in the participant's home and community.

Life Skills Coaches: Work 1:1 to assist, train, and supervise participants as they learn various tasks in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living.

Interpreters: Provide face-to-face assistance to support and integrate our participants into the community.

CBS Support: Provide vital supports in the home or in the community.

Housing Case Managers: Provide strategic housing supports and navigation.
