Roles at Legacy Include:

  • Life Skills Coaches: Work 1:1 with members in their home and community to assist, guide, and empower them as they build independence in basic self-care, social engagement, executive functioning, and activities of daily living.
  • Specialized Instructors & Tutors (Academic, Music & Production, Culinary): Facilitate engaging 1:1 or small-group sessions—virtually or in-person—tailored to member interests and development goals. (Highly competitive rates for certified educators and specialized instructors).
  • Employment Specialists: Deliver direct, in-person job coaching, career exploration, and vocational training to support members in obtaining and sustaining meaningful community employment.
  • Companion Services (CBS) Coaches: Provide vital 1:1 support in the home or out in the local community, promoting active participation, independence, and personal growth.
  • Interpreters & Language Specialists: Provide direct, face-to-face language support to ensure seamless communication, accessibility, and community integration for our members.
  • Housing Case Managers: Deliver strategic housing support, navigation, and ongoing coordination to help members secure and maintain safe, independent living arrangements.
  • Direct Support Professionals (DSPs): Provide essential 1:1 assistance and person-centered care to help members navigate daily routines, build confidence, and actively participate in their homes and communities.
