Pathways App
Legacy’s proprietary, HIPAA-compliant digital platform provides interactive pre-employment lessons, workplace-readiness tracking, and coach-guided checkpoints. It gives Members a structured way to reinforce skills between sessions while allowing Coaches to connect activities back to real goals and progress.
Legacy Essentials
Sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, and setup support for essential supplies, adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and other resources that support independence. Legacy can help identify appropriate options, coordinate with vendors, and support setup so the resource is connected to the Member’s actual needs rather than simply purchased and handed off.
